Terms of service

General

◦ You will not receive any physical prints, nor are you allowed to make any profit off my work. (Please let me know if you are using the artwork for commercial* purposes)◦ I hold full rights to the artwork - I may post the artwork on my socials or use it for self-promotion. You may use the commissioned artwork for profile pictures/banners and share on your socials with full credits to me.◦ You are strictly NOT allowed to claim it as your own artwork.◦ Please do not ask me to draw or closely imitate a style that is not my own.-
*Additional price will be added depending on the type of commercial business the artwork will be used for

Order and Payment

◦ Please contact me on [email protected] for commissions.◦ Clients are required to provide a clear reference of the commissioned character unless it is a full character design commission.◦ I reserve the right to decline the commission if I think the project is beyond my abilities.◦ After reaching an agreement, I will send an invoice via Paypal. Clients must send at least 50% or the full payment before any work begins.◦ I will send a draft of the artwork for approval. Once approved, clients must settle their remaining balance (if any) before the work is continued.◦ Refunds may only be requested before any draft has been sent.◦ Up to two (2) revisions may be requested within five (5) days of sending the completed artwork.◦ Commissions may take anywhere between three (3) days up to two (2) weeks to finish. You will be notified if your order is taking longer than expected.
